Each year, BOMA-Atlanta presents The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) and the Earth Award to some of metro-Atlanta’s top buildings. The TOBY award recognizes excellence in building management and the Earth Award recognizes environmental efforts.

The 2008 awards will be presented at the TOBY and Association Awards Banquet on February 11, 2009. Attending the event is an excellent way to learn more about what it takes to effectively run a commerical property.
