Learn about how this historic building was converted to be managed in a sustainable way. The 2-hour educational program will focus on how the building was turned into the first LEED EB office building inside the perimeter in Atlanta.

Built in 1913, the Hurt Building is one of Atlanta’s earliest skyscrapers, incorporating classic architecture, modern amenities & sustainable management. It has achieved Gold Certification as a LEED EB building. The Hurt Building was honored as the 2006-2007 International Building of the Year in Historical Building category of BOMA International's The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) contest.

The meeting facilities and seminar coordination is provided by Harbor Group Managment Company. Parking will be validated.
